Discussion on Pastor Rick Warren
Obama’s selection of Pastor Rick Warren for the inaugural invocation is proving controversial in diverse quarters. Gay-rights groups oppose Warren because he has stated that marriage should be between a man and a woman. But he has also caused consternation among evangelicals, who question his theological verities.
For the past few days, I have been engaged in two separate e-mail discussions on the topic, and it has been suggested that the conversation be moved to a discussion forum. Agabus.com has a discussion forum, little used as of yet, but I invite friends and visitors to post their thoughts.
