Behold the fundamentalist atheist!
Apparently, atheism is a house divided. According to this NPR report (see here), atheists are divided into two camps: one that advocates outright hostility toward believers and another that champions a respectful dialog. That organizations exist at all for atheism is a curiosity, but that “fundamentalist atheists” predominate is simply amusing. That said, I shuddered hearing the tactics of these fundamentalist atheists, not that I feel threatened, but I truly worry for their souls (which I’m sure irritates them). Frankly, I don’t believe in atheism, so perhaps I shouldn’t dwell on it.
